2. Accuracy of Data (Disclaimer)

citimovr relies on open data and official transit feeds (GTFS) provided by local authorities. We do not guarantee the real-time accuracy, completeness, or reliability of schedules, delays, or vehicle positions. We are not responsible for any missed trips or delays resulting from inaccurate data.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use citimovr only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape data from the application.
• Use the service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

The interface, branding, and citimovr logo are the exclusive property of citimovr. Map tiles and transit data remain the property of their respective owners (e.g., Mapbox, OpenStreetMap, or local transit agencies).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, citimovr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Always check official displays at transit stops.
